STUNNING LARGE 800 SOLID SILVER NAPKIN RING c1900 GERMAN ART NOUVEAU ANTIQUE:

A stunning large Art Nouveau solid silver napkin ring. It is hallmarked with the German crescent moon and crownstate symbols, the 800 standard mark, and the makers mark of possibly MartinMayer. It dates to c1900. It has been beautifully designed being finely engravedwith foliage and its cartouche has been engraved with the single letter P. Theinside has been lightly gilded (gold on silver). It is in super condition beingfree from dings splits holes and repairs. It is as mentioned larger than most measuring 2.25 inches (5.7cms) across by 1.5 inches (3.8cms) tall andweighs 28 grams. A beautifully made impressive example.
