This is a recent estate sale find and I have never seen anything like it before so not sure how to describe it. It is from an older higher end home that had many beautiful antiques. The tree may be an older craft project. It is 8 1/2\" tall and 3 1/2\" wide and the base is 2 1/4\" across. It looks like the base is a wicker form. The base is wrapped in pink ribbon and the tree has stunning vibrant velvet pansy flowers in an array of colors. It has clear accent balls. I took a jewelers loupe to the balls and it looks like they may of at one time has a sugar looking coating. I don\'t know if this is a Christmas decoration or a spring decoration. It is very beautiful in person. I was very excited to find it. Thanks for looking.
