Rare Swedish Flow Blue Plate measuring 9 1/4\" across
Maker\'s Mark is \"GUSTAFSBERG\" with an \"F\" instead of a \"V\" and an anchor with a triangle above the \"GUSTAFSBERG\"
This mark was the 1ST MARK this potter used from 1839-1860 (as found in \"Pottery and Porcelain Marks\" by Chad Lage) - please view the last photo
The Gustavsberg mark (using a \"V\" instead of an \"F\") began to get used around 1910
This is a super old plate and a rarity!
It features lots of crazing with some stainingIt also features a hairline crack that is hard to detect on the front but can be seen along the back
