Of fabulous rich Cuban Figuredmahogany patination, the upper section having a deeply moulded cornice which rises above four \'\'magnificent\'\' Balloon shaped Astragal glazed display doors, all of which retain the original period 18th Century glass panels and revealing once opened a series ofadjustablebook shelves together with the original Brass locks, brass lock Escutcheons and aworkingkey.
The lower section having a fully fitted Secretaire pull-out desk area which comprises of the original tooled Greenleatherembossed writing skiver and surrounded by a number of pigeon holes and 9workingdrawers, all of which retain their original brass knob handles , original hinges and a working key.
The Secretaire area gives rise to a pair of Flame mahogany veneered cupboard doors beneath which retains inside the two pull-out sliding trays, flanked on either side by the tall Glazed display doors whichhave a pair of deep working storage drawers at the bottom and retaining their original Solid brass drop handles.
The whole of which terminates in a wide sturdy plinth base.
