Superb 19thc gothic mahogany carved corbel of a lion head intricately carved.

Excellent attention to detail on this lion head corbel with all carving in fine relief. The lion wears a crown to head. Fangs to mouth. The quality of the wood and the carved detail is superb.

Measures some 6\" height x 6.25\" width.

Excellent condition with a little bit of very minor chipping to fangs. Nothing of significance and really just to the sides where the corbel has been removed from its original situation. All as per images.
