Superb 19thc porcellanous figure of a female child sitting on decorativeballoon-backed chair cradling a canary in her hands whilst her cat looks on! Of European/German origin.
Excellent attention to detail on this charming figure. Fine coloured detail with gilt embellishment to figure and chair. The child is attempting to save the canary from the cat\'s intent. Brown and white cat shown standing up at chair.
Chair measures some 4.25\" height.
Condition is excellent and age commensurate with a tiny chip to tip of one of the cat\'s ears. See all images please.
