Superb 19thcStaffordshire porcellanous lustre spaniel hearth dog in sitting pose. Dating c. 1860.

Excellent attention to detail on this dog having a particularly good face with bright yellow eyes and well marked black muzzle. Lustre feathered markings over.

Measures some 6.25\" height x 3.75\" length at base.
