Superb 19thcStaffordshire jug modelled as a spaniel dog in sitting pose. Dating c.1870.

Excellent attention to detail on this dog. White with gilt decor. The dog has yellow eyes and black and pink nose. The handle has thumb grips.

Measures some 7.75\" height x 4.5\" at base.

Condition is excellent and age commensurate overall with a chip to rim of jug lid area as image shows. All as images.
