This is a superb antique Victorian hallmarked solid sterling silver card case in excellent condition with beautiful engraved decoration. It is clearly hallmarked for Birmingham 1899 with the silversmiths mark for Henry Matthews and measures 4\" (10 cms) x 2 3/4\" (7 cms) which is large enough to take a credit card if you wish to. There are no inscriptions or monograms and it\'s particularly nice as it has a little button on the side which releases the lid - it weighs 73.6 grams - please see photos and email elliejbush@gmail.com with any queries, all questions will be answered between 9 am and 5 pm UK time.
