Description A stunninglargegenuineEnglish antiqueEdwardiansolid sterling silver & browncrocodile skin wallet by the silversmith Charles Penny Brown - (1895-1909), in excellent conditionand with full English silver hallmarks for Birmingham 1906.Beautiful high quality112 year old example, impressive size, with4original largematching solid silver mounts on the corners andinside it has its original undamaged soft kid/calf leather interior with 4 separate compartments. It has a sprung lid catch which still works perfectly and the crocodile skin has a wonderful age colour/patina. As a bonus there are no added personal engraved inscriptions or monograms. A real beauty.

Date English antique Edwardian solid sterling silver, with a full set of English silver hallmarks forBirmingham 1906(date letter \"g\"). Superb clear struckmatching marks on all 4 corner mounts.Maker Silversmiths initials \"C.P.B\", (Charles Penny Brown - 1895-1909).ConditionExcellent condition and ready to be used. No splits or cracks to the 4 silver corner mounts, no solder repairs and no nasty knocks or dents, just a few minor little surface bruises, really nothing much at all and a lovely clean example. The crocodile skin is still in superb condition and is nice and supple and has a wonderful age colour/patina. The soft interior kid/calf leather is all original and also still in excellent condition, with no damage and the sprung lid catch still works perfectly and opens and closes tightly and securely. As a bonus there are no engraved or written inscriptions or monograms.
