Description A superb large antique 19th CenturyRussiansolid silver& niello snuff box by the silversmith Ivan Vasilyevich Avdeyev and with full Russian silver hallmarks for Moscow 1849.Beautiful quality genuine 165 year old silver box in excellent cleancondition, and is decorated with attractive geometric niello-work. Fine heavy weight,93 grams and has no added personal engraved inscriptions.
