This rare vase has been identified as being from theKangxi period. The evidence is in the signature atthe bottom & style of the artwork which is lessperfect than its modern day counterparts. Its lid (ifit had one) has parted company from the vase.This is not one to miss: not only is it rare but it isalso beautiful and the artwork tells a story possibly of chinese folklore.
