Description A superbrare English antiqueEdwardiansolid sterling silver \"fancy\" link double-albert pocket watch chain by the silversmith Henry Pope, in excellentcondition and with full English silver hallmarks for Birmingham 1910.Lovely quality genuine 107 year old sterling silver example, beautiful uncommon silver elongated and rope chain links, with a silver t-bar and a secure swivel/dog catch and with a fineover-sized silver bolt catch.Attachedis a genuine antique Queen Victoria solid silver three-pence coin fob dated 1895. Nice weight, approx.35 grams.

Measurements Measures approx 15.85 inches (400mm) in length, end to end.

Date English antique Edwardian solid sterling silver,with full English silver hallmarks for Birmingham 1910, (date letter \"l\") on the t-bar; the swivel catch is hallmarked Birmingham 1913, (date letter \"o\"). There are further lion passant hallmarks on many of the chain links and the attached Victorian three-pence coin fob is 100% sterling silver. The large bolt catch is unmarked but is 100% guaranteed antique silver.

Maker Silversmiths initials \"H.P\" (Henry Pope) stamp onthe t-bar, the swivel catch and also on both centre chain links.

ConditionExcellent condition with very little wear. Very attractive uncommon fancy chain links and both the swivel/dog catch and over-sized bolt catch work perfectly and still have good strong springs.
