This unusually rare piece comes complete with key for the drawer. Made around 1880 in France, this writing desk is cross-banded and includes one drawer towards the front. This desk opens up beautifully and has marquetry panels in ebony on the top. The legs has a elegant cabriole design with Ormolu escutcheon accents. Measurements: 38.5\" wide and 30\" tall and 23\" long
