Description Excellent quality heavy EnglishantiquestylisedArt Nouveaucastsolid sterling silver piercednut/sweet dish by the regarded silversmith Berthold Muller and with full English silver hallmarks for Chester 1901. Fine genuine 115year old sterling silver example, in lovely condition, has a beautiful wide ornate pierced silver border, and is decorated in the centre with an Art Nouveau scene depicting a stork and winged cherubs. Good heavy silver weight, approx 104 grams and there arenoadded personal engraved inscriptions or monograms.

MeasurementsMeasures approx.4.95inches (126mm) in diameter and is 0.4 inches deep.

Date English antique late Victoriansolid sterling silver with a full set of English silver hallmarks forChester 1901(date letter \"A\"). Good clear marks and includes the extra letter \"F\" stamp denoting imported silver.

Maker Silversmiths initials \"B.M\" (Berthold Muller).

ConditionLovelycondition,no splits or cracks to the silver, no solder repairs and no nasty knocks or dents. Tiny old repair on the back of the pierced work, really nothing much, (see photos), most probably done during manufacture. Fine heavy silver weight and with an uncommon Art Nouveau scene.No added personal engraved inscriptions.
