Stunning Single Traditional Imari Fluid Lamp of medium proportions, now converted to an electric Table Lamp withstylish decorative ormolu base and circular pierced gallery style mount. The lamp is raised on four decorative scrolling supports The main outer porcelain body with all over typical decorative palette in brightly coloured enamels of iron red dark blue on an off white ground. Mid to Late Nineteenth Century.
Height: (entire overall as shown in image one an impressive) 17” (43cm). Width: (at ormolu base) 6.5” (16.4cm).
Condition: Superb condition for such an early piece. The ormolu mounts have been re-gold plated. The Lamp is re-wired for electricity. Back and front views are similar.
