CUTLERY TRAYS

To find a matching pair of these is extremely unusual!!

In my estimation the trays date from around the early 19th Century, circa 1800-1830, but please make up your own mind about this.

Each cutlery tray measures approx 15 inches (385mm), by 9 inches (230mm), by 4 1/4 inches (110mm) tall, including the handle, and each is made from solid mahogany, with brass fittings.

They each have two separate compartments, and a central carrying handle.

Both are in good, sound, useable antique condition, with very light wear in keeping with their use and great age, but no damage, or woodworm.

These beautiful antique cutlery trays are fine examples of their type.

One would be nice to find, but a matched pair is rare indeed!

They would be lovely to use and would be a great addition to any collection.
