During our research we have been informed it certainlydates from the mid 19th century.

A very large wooden oak shelf or bracket with the gothic carvings of the central head of the bearded male with:
a further carving of another head to the base.
Other intricate relief carvings under the curved top and surrounding the males head.
Made in sections which can be observed from the rear.
It has an overall size of about 12.75 x 12.5inches.
Overall size of the top ofabout 12.5 x 7.75inches.
Condition: Considering the age, the overall condition is excellent and is not subject to:
any major blemishes except:
has a crack which can be seen from the rear and the front.
