This is a superb Japanese porcelain dish with the hand painted decoration of flowers & leaves ofwhich:

During our research we have been informed it certainly dates from the edo period of the mid 19th century.

Dates c1850s.

Of a japanese origin.

Porcelain.

Dish with:

the hand painted decoration of the flowers & leaves with it\'s strong blue colouring.

Decoration underneath of flowers & leaves with stripes.

It has an overall height of about 1.75inches.

It has an overall max overall max dia of about 6inches.

Base dia of about 3inches.

Condition: Considering the age, the overall condition is very good and is subject to:

chipping to the rim of the top edge with no otherblemishes.
