This is a Staffordshire cow creamer with the milkmaid to the rear mounted onto the decorative base of which:
During our research we have been informed it certainlydates from the mid 19th century.

Staffordshire, Englandorigin.
A cow creamer with it\'swonderful portrayal and spongewarecolouring and decoration.
To the rear: the milkmaid with her right hand resting on the back of the cow.
Pottery.
Mounted onto the decorative base with the coloured bocage decoration.
A horned cow.
The creamer is filled into the hole in the hat of the milkmaid, cream is then poured through the open mouth of the cow.
It has an overall height of about 7inches.
Base size of about 5.5 x 2.5inches.
Overall length of about 8inches.
the overall condition is very good but is subject to:
a chip to a horn and the rear of an ear.
Due to age: minor areas of loss of colour with fine crazing.
