Up for sale with is the best Sterling Silver and Cut Glass Wine Pitcher or Claret Decanter I have sold in a very long time ! The Pitcher shows amazing Art Nouveau Floral and Scroll Repousse designs throughout to the Sterling mounts and base with the body showing very finely Cut designs throughout, much finer and more beautiful than my photos show. The Pitcher is also one of the largest examples I have seen, quite impressive, measuring approx 12" tall by 5-1/4" wide across the body and holding approx 2-3/4 cups. The Pitcher is in amazing condition throughout with no dents, cracks or repairs to the Sterling mounts and no chips, cracks or repairs to the Glass body. The Glass is also very clean and clear with no residue or cloudiness, everything from this estate was so well cared for. The Pitcher is fully marked with Portuguese Hallmarks and English Import Hallmarks, the quality really is second to none. I doubt you are going to find another of this quality and beauty, especially being sold with !
