This is asuperbpair of 19thc architecturalgothic wood carved church pillars with carved gothic finials to top.

Excellent gothic carved pillarsoriginating from a church. Gothic trefoil carved detail to front of carving and fine gothic carvings to top. The pillars are in three sections and fit together by means of wooden pegs as images show. Beautifully carved gothic finials to top and with the base sections having gothic carved detail. Thepillars are free standing.

Measures some 42.25\"overall height. The gothic finial measures 7.75\",middle section measures 22.25\" and base section measures 12.5\".

Conditionoverall is very goodand age commensurate with one or two age cracks and each base having had a section cut - image shows this. Some minor age scuffing/wear etc as can be expected of period carvings. All as per images.
