DescriptionA stunning Englishantiquesolid sterling silver &fauxtortoiseshelltable cigarette/jewellery box by the silversmiths Cole Brothers - (1914-1938), in excellent clean condition and with full English silver hallmarks for London 1913. Superb high qualitygenuine 104 year oldbox, nice usable size, in beautiful faux tortoiseshell, with a handsome large over-sized solid sterling silver lid hinge, with a sprung silver push-button lid opener and silver lid catch and has solid silver rivet pins.As a bonus there are no added engraved presentation inscriptions or monograms.

MeasurementsMeasures approx. 4.2 inches (107mm) x 2.65 inches (68mm) and is 0.85 inches (21mm) in height.

The silver hinge is in superb condition, with no damage at all and it works perfectly with the lid opening and closing securely. The sprung silver lid catch is in good working order.
