Description A superb qualitylargeheavy English antique solid sterling silver& 9ct gold banded cigarette case by the silversmiths William Hutton & Sons Ltd and with full English silver hallmarks forBirmingham 1953.Stunning example,with a hinged silver lidand sprung silver push-button lid opener and still has its beautiful original fully gilt-lined interior which has no wear/loss. Decorated with handsome engine-turned engraving with attractive rose gold banding and is nice andheavy, weighs approx.151 grams. Complete with its original interior gilded spring cigarette band and importantly withno added engraved personal inscriptions or monograms.

Measurements Great size, measures approx 4.25 inches (108mm)x3.4 inches (84mm) and is0.4inches (8mm) deep. Will easily take a modern credit card.
