Presented for sale is this Superb Rare Antique Russian Solid Silver & Nielo Decorated Beaker or Vase, hallmarked with Russian Silver 2nd Kokoshnik Hallmarks.This superb rare antique Russian solid silver small beaker or vase is beautifully bright cut engraved with a fabulous foliate scroll pattern which is then finished with black nielo decoration, to the front is a shield cartouche with the initials JMB engraved within and below a Russian word in the Cyrillic alphabet, stunning quality item/craftsmanship. It is hallmarked in three places with the Russian 2nd Kokoshnik mark used from 1908-26 of a Woman\'s head facing right, the Silver standard number 84 and the City mark V for Kiev along with a Makers mark, please see all the additional photos as they form part of the description. This superb rare antique Russian solid silver small beaker or vase is beautifully bright cut engraved with a fabulous foliate scroll pattern which is then finished with black nielo decoration, to the front is a shield cartouche with the initials JMB engraved within and below a Russian word in the Cyrillic alphabet, stunning quality item/craftsmanship. Measuring 3\" high by 3 1/8\" in diameter across the base and 2 3/4\" across the rim approx. it is in excellent used condition with no dents, splits, repairs or losses to the black nielo decoration, the base though is slightly out of shape in places and it has a very slight lean nothing serious though and commensurate with age/use and weighs 114grams by my electronic scales.
