A superbnovelty George V sterling silvermenu or card holdermade in the form of a running fox on grassy base,with a\'D\' shaped hinged back. It camewith a small leathercasethat is in verynice cleancondition. I\'m not sure if it isthe original box ornot but selling together.The menuis hallmarked forLondon 1918 with the makers marks being partialy rubbed but definetly thoese ofSamuel Jacob.More hallmarks are on the fox\'s tail and on the \'D\' shaped hinge.It measures 7.5 cm (2.9 inches) long and 2 cm (0.8 inches) heigh and weights 19 grams (0.7 oz not including case).It is in good condition with no damage or repair, a superb example.
