Breitling made some of the most remarkable and wonderful chronographs back in the day, and this example is no exception. This particular model features a large and heavy 18k Solid Gold case with a total gold content of 22 grams, adding value to this already incredible piece. The 37.5mm round case includes two chronograph pushers at 2 and 4, and a signed snap back. The watch is powered by the trusted Venus 188 chronograph movement, recently tested and working properly. The chronograph function runs with precision as well. If this was not enough a specially appealing feature for collectors is the pristine dial that remains in factory-original condition, certainly a rare find in a watch over 60 years old. The silver face is perfectly balanced with two registers, golden hands and Arabic numerals.
