Vintage silver plated salad scissors/salad tongs. Stamped EPNS Sheffield, England. Other than that, there is not much of an ornamentation in the metal. In original box. Estimated to be about 60 years old, but notsure. Not used in at least 40years. They are in perfect workingorder, but could use a polish.
