Some scratches and blemishes but overall good condition.

I am unable to fully test, but the unit does power on, and when I move the knobs the needles jump around, so it appears to work.

I’m selling as is no returns since I cannot fully test. But again, it does power up and lights and gauges work.

It is missing the end of he knob for the switcher(see photos).
