February, 1956 Dinner Menu from the historic Harvey House located in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Excellent condition as shown.
Built in 1922, the hotel was purchased by the Santa Fe Railway in 1925. The railroad leased it to the Fred Harvey Hotel chain, and it remained a popular Harvey House until its sale in 1968.
