Here offered is a very pretty Art Glass Tile from the early 1900\'s and the Condie Neale Glass Co. of St. Louis , Missouri.
This tile measures appx 4\" square and is MINT.
The Tile has a cool snowflake design within a circle.
These glass tiles were colloquially called or refered to as Luxfer or prism glass. Developed by Frank Lloyd Wright and used extensively throughout early American architecture in downtown buildings to illuminate the interior of dark buildings without the need of lighting at certain times of the day.
The glass was made with lead and as time went by , exposure to sunlight would turn these tiles a very beautiful amethyst or purple color.
