Offered is a smaller and harder to find size walnut deep frame from the 1880\'s-90\'s which measures 8\" wide, 10\" long on the outside and holds a picture 4\" wide, 6 1/4\" long. The frame is 1 3/4\" deep and has black bands alternating with the deep brown walnut, and the bezel around the picture is gesso with darker gold with brown vertical line patterning.
The frame has no company name or marks and is in very nice condition with no cracks or breaks in the wood. There are a few nicks in the gold and the black may have been re-painted. The frame is holding a period photo of a young girl. No glass included. Fine old frame in a very desirable size. Thanks for looking.
