Super rare Anton Cermak for President of Cook County Board of Commissioners 7/8\" campaign button. He was elected in 1922, long before he was Chicago\'s Mayor, and well before he ran for the United States Senate. Cermak met an untimely death while riding in a car in Florida with President Elect Franklin Roosevelt in early 1933. He was shot while in the car, and died soon after.
