Insurance is generally standard for priority mail packages. Please email me with any questions before offerding. Most USA packages 4# or less will be sent USPS. Flat rate boxes are routinely used, when appropriate, to help save you the customer money. Heavier packages are sometimes less expensive by UPS or Fed Ex - we will determine the best way to ship on a case by case basis.
