This is for a seat in the Carnival Ultimate Blackjack Tournament set to take place on the Carnival Dream ship. This cruise sails from New Orleans, LA on May 17th, 2015.

This seat must be confirmed with Casino Promotions by April 30th,1015. This seat May be transferred one time.

The winner is responsible for cruise purchase on the May 17th, 2015 sailing of the Carnival Dream at up to 25% off the FunSelect rate, ground transfers to/from the ship, air transportation, hotel tats before/after cruise, on board gratuities, shore excursions, and other purchases. All Grand a final winners will be required to complete a Photo Release a form. Cruise is capacity controlled- this certificate does not guarantee ability to book the cruise.

This seat certificate is only valid for initial entry into the tournament. Each guest can only have one entry into the Grand Final E net.

Signing in for the Tournament onboard the Carnival Dream will be on embarkation day from 2pm to 8pm in the Casino located on deck 5 mid ship.
