This sale is for an unusual old (vintage, antique?)BEAUTIFUL PAINTED CERAMIC
Passover SEDER PLATEwhich I discovered at an estate on the
North Shore of Long Island, NY
I would guess it was made in the 1920\'s or earlier, but cannot be certain as there is no date or accompanying information.It is in excellent condition except for a small chip and crack near the rim, which had been repaired.

It measures 12-1/2\" in diameter and stands 1-1/2\" highIt has embossed Hebrew characters and 12 symbols all around.
The symbols represent the 12 Tribes of Israel The back says: Made in Palestine (in English)
and has
Arabic writing (which I cannot read) possibly the maker\'s markIt also has holes so it can be hung & displayed.Email me if you have any questions.
