For sale is a super rare rental carrying case for the Sega genesis model 2 and Sega cd model 2. This was used at the “The Video Doctor” rental store to rent the entire system to someone at a time. This is a really cool collector piece. The case is very hard and protective and it has foam inserts inside that hold everything in place and protected. This comes with the carrying case, the Sega cd model 2, Sega genesis model 2, 2 official Sega controllers, 2 official Sega power adapters (one for Sega cd and one for Sega genesis, they are different), and an official Sega rf connector (RF is not the best video quality so I recommend investing in an A/V cable). The case itself has wear and a lot of scratching. The sticker on the front has some wear and tear and a couple corners are coming up. The handle and locking latches are in good condition and work perfectly. The system itself has some wear and scratching too. The Sega cd lid release sticks whenever you use it so you need to press it from an angle to pop it back into place before closing the lid. This is all tested and works well. These old Sega consoles can be finnicky so sometimes they need a couple tries to get working which is common for cartridge consoles or old disk based consoles. This thing is super heavy and heavy duty. I recommend it for any collector with some space in their house. Will be shipped in a cardboard box with protection. Smoke free and pet free home.
