This sale is for a set of 6 beautifully ornate dessert spoons. While they are not marked Sterling or coin silver, they have been positively acid tested for silver. They have gilt-dipped bowls. They are marked on the back with a hallmark consisting of a T, an owl, and an E. Also marked with the name of J. H. Conner, who was a silversmith in New York in the 1830's.
Each spoon is 4.5"L. Total weight of the set is 129 grams.
Condition: Quite good conditon but there is slight wear that is commensurate with age, most noticeable on the gilt bowls. See photos as they form part of the description.
