DescriptionThis is a marvelous set of 4 vintage Fiesta mixing bowls. The set includes the #3 through #6 bowls in yellow, green, red and blue. The bowls all have inner rings. Overall, the set is in excellent condition with only a few minor imperfections. I have looked the bowls over very carefully, and I have included the details below:
Yellow #6This bowl measures 6 1/2 inches tall. It is in pristine condition with no sign of wear. The glaze is shiny and bright with no utensil marks. There are no cracks, chips or pings in the glaze.Green #5 This bowl measures 5 1/2 inches tall. It is also in superb condition with no sign of wear. The glaze is shiny and bright with no utensil marks. There are some irregularities and skips in the glaze from manufacture. There are no cracks, chips or pings in the glaze.Red #4 This bowl measures 5 inches tall. The glaze shows a fair amount of wear on the inside bottom of the bowl, where a spoon would have rubbed against the surface. There are 3 pings in the glaze along the inside bottom surface of the bowl. There are 7 tiny pings in the glaze along the rim. There are a few light scratches in the glaze on the outside surface. There are no cracks or chips.Blue #3 This bowl measures 4 1/2 inches tall. The glaze is shiny and bright. There are several tiny pings in two areas of the inner rim. There are 6 tiny glaze pings inside the bowl along with some utensil marks. The bowl has no cracks or chips. The glaze on the outside surface of the bowl is shiny and bright with some irregularities from the manufacturing process. There is a flake in the glaze on the bottom rim, which may be from the manufacturing process.I will use lots of bubble wrap and a large box for safe shipping.
