Excellentcondition– There are no defects of any kind on the printor the frame.
Measures7 1/8\" wide by 9 3/8\" tall.
The art has a scotch-taped small printed biography which no longer sticks. It says:

Shalom of Safed has lived for over seventy years high in the hills of Galilee. A watchmaker and silversmith he was discovered in the late fifties, and within a short time has attained a world-wide reputation. His works have been exhibited in major museums in the U.S.A. and in Europe, and are included in their collections.

The theme of the art is what its title says - Moses receiving the Ten Commandments and life in Israel and a Sabbath dinner.
The technique is very primitive and in full color with quotations from the Torah in the picture. The print biography, of course, goes with the 3/8\" thick woodblock.
