Up for your consideration, a vintage Shapleigh Diamond Edge double bit axe. Good condition. Seems to be the original handle, still has the old price on it. Head is perfectly tight. Stamped with the Shapleigh logo on one side and Diamond Edge Forged Tool Steel on reverse. Also marked 42 for the weight. Width of head is almost 10 1/2\". Weight is 6 pounds.
