Early Sheaffer Ball Point Pen , with a TUCKAWAY spring loaded pocket clip, Shows only very minor use, it is a VERY bright and clean example :-)

Marked \" W.A. Sheaffer Pen Co. Fort Madison U.S.A. ~ Made in U.S.A.\" & \"1250\" (originally $12.50?)

The cap is near perfect, chrome & Gold filled, no dents, no brassing. This may be a Sentinel model? but there is a wavy line on the cap, so I am not sure. it has the LIFETIME White Dot , The body is black plastic, no warp, no cracks, no personalization, so scratches. Nice :-)

The original (late 1950s) INK IS DRY , There is an adapter available from other sellers called a \"WIDGET\" (I have a couple but I would have to charge to much) , that will allow the use of a modern sheaffer ball point refill in these early Sheaffer\'s ball points :-)

There is a \"BUMP\" or \"NUB\" on the pocket clip, it is there so you can feel the difference between the Fountain Pen and the Ball Point when the pens are in your pocket :-)

Nice to match the right Fountain pen set, the cap fits & posts well
