- Each new Johnson Matthey bar contains 1 Troy Ounce of .999 Fine Silver Bullion and comes individually sealed in its original plastic casing.
- New York State residents must pay 8.875% Sales Tax.
- We offer FREE shipping within the United States.
- Packages over $250 require a delivery signature. Most orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS), however bulky or high value orders may be shipped with a different service provider based on our discretion.
- We insure every package through a 3rd party insurance company. Packages are no longer insured if tracking information shows the package is delivered. We will only cover packages that are lost in transit or damaged.
- Items are in stock and shipped within 1-3 business days of cleared payment.
- We can only ship to registered addresses. We do not ship to any drop locations or non USPS mail services such as UPS stores, Mail Boxes Etc.
- Please make sure your order is accurate before making a payment. Once an order is placed it cannot be modified or cancelled.
- Using digital video, we record the packing of our products to affirm accuracy.
- Tracking numbers are provided on every shipment via . However, please track packages directly at USPS.com because its tracking information is generally more up to date.

The front of the bar is stamped with “JOHNSON MATTHEY, ASSAYER AND REFINERS, FINE SILVER 999, 1 OUNCE TROY,” as well as a unique serial number. In addition to the weight and purity, it also features the Johnson Matthey logo of two crossed mining hammers. The bar’s reverse repeats the company’s logo in a miniature diagonal pattern.
