Title under the etching is beginning to fade. It says: SUMMER MORNING, Original Etching By Kruseman Van Elten

Condition:

Frame is wood and shows signs of age. At the top there is some damage to the frame. The corner seams are in tact. Do not appear to be separating. The paint is chipped and fading in some places mainly around the outside edges. Overall the frame is in good condition.

Print ( etching) has a place in the top right that has been repaired. From a distance you cannot see it. I would bet it was done professionally. Up close you have to really look for it. There is another place in the lower middle near the title which looks like a blemish on the paper. Not a tear. Looks like paint or shiny lead from a pencil. It\'s hard to tell if it\'s on the paper or the glass. I do not want to remove it from the frame due to its age.

Matte is in good condition. There is one place that is slightly warped on the left lower side. Not bad and not water damage. Probably just needs to be professionally re-matted.

Overall condition will reveal normal signs for its age. This a such a neat picture. The etching itself shows no signs of fading.
