Description:

This is a wonderful 4 piece arts and crafts vintage/antique hammered or wrought brass or similar metal fireplace tool set. The base of the stand is marked with the Cahill name and #1500-1-2. Underneath the top part that has the finial knob and the four slots for tools is marked #1501-2.

This set is missing the brush! There is an ash pan, a poker and another tool then the stand is for fourth piece. There are some surface marks, some discoloration etc. from age and use.

Two of the handle finials are round and one is elongated like the stand. I\'m sure the brush had the elongated so that there were two of each. Please enlarge photos for more detail. Again, this set was used and will show signs of such. Still a great antique item to have and display! Stands about 32\" talland weighs a little over 11 lbs. with no packaging.
