Beautiful 14k yellow gold with wonderful patina. The ruby is saturated and diamond sparkles. The diamond and ruby are each approximately .10ct. I bought this in 2006 from an antique jeweler in the St. Louis area. My mother has the same ring except with opals instead of a ruby and diamond. She was was given the ring when she was young. Based on the age of the opal, I approximate this ring to be from the late 60\'s or early 70\'s, but it may be older. The ring is a size 6. Similar rings have been listed for sale starting at $395. Though petite this ring is a fine quality piece. It is stamped SA 14k. Feel free to message me with additional questions.
