Please file your returns through and we will approve your return within 24 hours, then you will be able to print a prepaid return label and send the item back free of charge for refund.
Pre-Paid return shipping label will be generated only from domestic (Continental U.S.) addresses.
A return request should be filed and the item should be delivered back to us within 30 days of the purchase date.
If the item is returned and delivered to us after 30 days and before 45 days of the purchase date, refund will be issued in form of store credit.

We do combine shippings :), You will save $1 off of the second items shipping fee, if you buy more than 5 items, you will save $2 off of the 5th-10th item; If you buy more than 10 items, you will save $3 off of the 10th+ item.
Please ask for combined shipping invoice by going to your purchase history page and click on request total, prior to making your payment.
Items will have to be paid in one payment in order to be eligible for combined shipping fees.
We provide tracking number on First Class, Priority and Expedited Services.
For Expedited orders, the cut-off time is 1:00PM (MST).

International Buyers, Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyers responsibility.
