Offered for sale is this Peruvian silver tea set, the teapot, the creamer jug, and the sugar bowl. It is made of 900 silver (sterling is 925/1000, this is 900/1000). It has a lightly hammered finish. The handles are goose necks. I do not know the maker\'s mark \"JY\". Please excuse the reflections in the pictures.

SIZE: The teapot is approximately 5.25 inches tall, and is 5.5 inches wide from handle to spout. The sugar bowl is just over 4.75 inches tall, and is just over 4.75 inches wide from handle to handle. The creamer is approximately 3.5 inches tall, and 4.25 inches wide from handle to spout. The set weighs 540 grams.

CONDITION: There is a small ding on the rim of the teapot lid - the pen is pointing to it in the close up picture. It could use a polish. Please see the close up pictures.

MARKS: Impressed \"Industria Peruana\" \"900\" and JY maker\'s mark on the bottoms as shown.
