This set of six small glass tea cups was bought in Saudi Arabia, though they were made in France. The cup is 3\" tall, 1-7/8\" across at the mouth and1-3/4\" across at the base which is scalloped. It holds two ounces/1/4 cup of tea. The rim has a gold band and there is gold Arabiclettering on thefrontand back and I wish I couldtell you what it says. I\'m surethat when I bought them about twenty years ago, I asked what it said,but I don\'tremember. I\'m sure I have at least six more like this and a dozen or more plain glass cups which I can list soon. Let me know if you want six more.I drank manycups of sweet tea (chai) in cups like this for the eleven years I spent in the Middle Eastern countries. Though they madeit from Franceto Saudi and tohe US unbroken, I think I\'d rather pack them singly.
