(We sometimes cannot get a delivery confirmation number for packages that cannot be shipped through Paypal but must be brought directly to the Post Office or for most international shipments.) If a delivery confirmation number is provided, the Post office only records when a package is delivered. The system may (but most likely will not) record where a package is in the USPS system. Return PolicyExchanges or Returns for Damaged/Defective ProductIn the case of a damaged or defective product, you will be provided with a replacement product if such a product is available. If that is the case, we will help facilitate the return process for you with the manufacturer.
